Born Akatu Ochai , 31 years ago, AK47 as his friends and fellow housemates call him, grew up in Nigeria and the United States of America. AK is a guy who hates to lose, but according to him, he tries to be gracious about it if he does. Coming from a background in Corporate Litigation, he believes he will be very instrumental in resolving conflicts between his team members at the Apprentice Africa House. He is a certified negotiator and arbitrator with United Nations Institute for Training and Research [UNITAR] He thinks he would win because he has a combination of ‘book smarts’ and ‘street smarts’.

He acquired a bachelor of Law degree from the University of Jos, in Plateau state Nigeria. He has a good sense of humour, as evident in one of his favorite jokes that goes like this: “sharks don’t attack lawyers-why is that? Professional courtesy”

task. He believes he was fired as a result of the malicious gang-up between Eddie and Tunde, who presented the C.E.O with what he considered fabricated evidence that seriously downplayed his input during the task.
