Oscar, Kampala, Uganda
A single parent to a lovely 3 year old daughter, Solange, whom he dotes on, and draws the inspiration he needs for success in life. He ascribes his determination to succeed at The Apprentice Africa to his responsibility to his daughter, whom he describes as the love of his life. Oscar Kamukama was born 33 years ago in Kabale, Uganda, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Makerere University. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM) U.K, a member of The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII, UK). He currently runs his private business, Metropolitan Insurance Agency in Kampala. He is also an actor, who has featured in TV commercials and Billboard ads. He even wrote a beautiful short poem for an anonymous woman in his life:
“I blow you three kisses
One for your eyes
One for your lips
And one for your heart”
