Viewers in Nigeria might have noticed that, after watching the shows on
Tuesdays on Silverbird TV and on the NTA network, there is not an
immediate update on the website to reflect the shows i.e. episode recaps, or other stories.
Whilst this might be frustrating, especially for those who depend on the website for their daily fix, it is deliberately so planned to cater for the entirety of the African continent watching the show.
Please remember that The Apprentice Africa is shown in other
countries in the sub-region apart from Nigeria, and these viewers see the show
only after Nigeria and Nigerians have seen it. Placing recaps and
storylines just after Nigeria has seen the shows therefore serves as spoiler for the
rest of Africa who have not seen that episode. So new stories are only
uploaded on Sunday evenings, after the last country, Tanzania, has seen the
episode at 10pm.
We know five days is a long time for the Nigerian reader to wait, but
as you’ve seen week after week, it’s all worth waiting for! More
importantly, we’ll keep satisfying you with updates and information from the last episode continuously throughout the week to keep you engaged up until we are able to upload stories on the new episode without spoiling the suspense for the rest of the Africa.
